The fact that he dodged off of the building has to be assumed. It could have been framed better IMO. I know it all happens fast but I don’t think the gimmick of how he fell off was creative or well understood enough. I actually thought the comic was funny at first glance but as I studied it further is became unfunny.

Thanks to Cornelius I finally got it… How i first read it was that in the 3rd pic the bald guy had got shot, which made him fall and yell “Oh shit”. Instead the story goes like this: he yells because he sees the other guy pointing the gun at him. Then he dodges aside, and falls, which is funny.
