Just thought I’d add a comment here myself… cause the strip looked so alone – Like a cute hedgehog I saw tonight on the way from Loughshinny – Cars were slowing to swerve and avoid it. It made me happy to see drivers taking care but also a bit sad to think of that poor hedgehog exposed in a world he did not understand… but I am happy to report that on my way back that there were no squashed remains – so my little buddy made it : ) Yeah!

The funny thing is that I almost did something like this at college. My friends and I rolled a six foot diameter snowball on top of a large hill. From the top of the hill, you could see the roof of a six story building below. It doesn’t speak well of us that nobody thought it might be a bad idea to roll this enormous snowball toward the road and dorms below.
Sadly, the snowball collapsed under its own weight before we got it to the edge of the hill, so we’ll never know what would have happened. Probably this.
