What Kevin really meant to say was:
“This comic is probably good, but I’m not terribly bright, and anyone more intelligent than I should cease to be.”
But, as mentioned, he’s not terribly bright. Can’t really fault stupid people their inability to communicate. They are, after all, stupid.
